Methods
ITIL: The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a methodology for  managing IT as a service. It focuses on the end
user rather than on the technology. ITIL has been widely adopted across the world and is now recognised as best practice for
servicemanagement. It is deployed in organisations of all sizes and types.

PRINCE2: Projects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) is a structured project management method based on experience drawn
from thousands of projects and from the contributions of countless project sponsors, Project Managers,
project teams, academics, trainers and consultants. A waterfall process with fully agreed requirements from the start

AGILE: Traditional project management views managing risk as an exercise in planning and control whereas in Agile Project
Management, risk is accepted as an inherent part of running projects and in that sense, it is incorporated into the Agile approach.
Just enough planning at just the right time has the advantage of being responsive to changing requirements that develop out of a
more thorough understanding of the product, as and when it emerges.
